Accessibility services

The document work your publishing schedule keeps creating.

From a single urgent PDF to a recurring monthly queue, each engagement starts with file review, a written scope, and a defined delivery record.

Repair tags, headings, lists, links, reading order, language, metadata, alternate text, and other structural barriers in public-facing PDFs.

Simple and complex PDFs

02

Documents we handle

Public information comes in more than one file type.

AgendaAble prioritizes the files residents and applicants need to understand services, participate in meetings, complete forms, and make informed decisions.

More than a checker score

Accessibility requires structure, judgment, and verification.

A green automated report cannot confirm whether a screen-reader user gets the right meaning in the right order. AgendaAble pairs technical checks with manual inspection and documents what was reviewed.

Usable structure

Headings, lists, tables, links, forms, and navigation convey their intended relationships.

Logical experience

Reading order and alternate descriptions are reviewed in the context of the actual content.

Defined target

The applicable standard and requested conformance target are identified in the project scope.

Traceable QA

The delivery includes a concise record of checks, exceptions, and client-owned follow-up items.

How work moves

A documented handoff from intake to publication.

STEP 01

Review & scope

We inspect representative files, identify complexity, confirm the target standard, and provide a written quote.

STEP 02

Secure intake

Files move through an agreed channel. Sensitive records are excluded unless handling terms are established in advance.

STEP 03

Remediate & test

The approved barriers are repaired, automated checks are run, and the document receives structured manual review.

STEP 04

Return & support

You receive the completed files, QA summary, known exceptions, and the included correction window.

Who we serve

Built around small public teams.

The strongest fit is an organization with recurring public-facing files, no dedicated remediation team, and a need for responsive project-by-project support.

Boroughs & townships

Recurring public-meeting files, policies, notices, forms, and reports.

Water & sewer authorities

Consumer reports, rate information, meeting packets, and customer forms.

Housing organizations

Blank applications, plans, resident guides, notices, and program materials.

Libraries & commissions

Board materials, public guidance, newsletters, and administrative documents.

Low-risk first engagement

Start with one real document batch.

The paid pilot proves the workflow on manageable, source-based files before either side commits to recurring capacity.

Frequently asked

Before you send a file.

What does document remediation actually change?+

The work may include repairing the tag tree, heading hierarchy, lists, links, tables, reading order, alternate text, form labels, language settings, metadata, and keyboard navigation. The exact scope depends on the file and the target standard.

Is passing an automated checker enough?+

No. Automated tools can identify many technical failures, but they cannot reliably judge meaning, logical reading order, useful alternate text, or the usability of a complex table or form. AgendaAble combines automated results with structured manual review.

Does AgendaAble certify legal compliance?+

No. AgendaAble provides remediation, testing, and a technical QA record—not legal advice, a formal certification, or a guarantee against complaints. Your organization remains responsible for its compliance decisions.

What is included with delivery?+

Within the approved scope, you receive the remediated file, corrected source file when applicable, a concise QA summary, and one correction round for verified issues related to the completed work.

Can we send resident, applicant, or employee records?+

Not through the website or ordinary email. The initial service accepts public documents and blank forms only. A secure transfer method and written handling rules must be agreed before any sensitive file is accepted.

How is a project priced?+

Simple pilot work has a fixed scope. Larger batches are quoted after reviewing page count, source quality, scans, forms, tables, charts, and the requested turnaround. Recurring plans are sized to the office's normal publishing volume.
